Drawing from my own experiences moving between academia and industry, I will highlight how unexpected opportunities, personal decisions, and changing priorities have influenced my career path.
Through candid reflections on challenges along the way and overcoming professional and personal obstacles, this talk provides an honest perspective on shaping a career in physics today. Additionally, I will share insights into the diverse career journeys of women at Menlo Systems, illustrating a range of roles and pathways within a high-tech industry environment.
